All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders over £100.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

• United Kingdom: Standard shipping time is 5 to 10 business days from the date your item is shipped.

• Netherlands: Standard shipping time is 5 to 12 business days from the date your item is shipped.

• Ireland: Standard shipping time is 10 to 12 business days from the date your item is shipped.

Delivery times may vary based on your location.

Please note: Deliveries may take longer due to various factors outside our control, such as customs clearance delays or country restrictions. We recommend allowing up to 30 days for delivery in case of unforeseen circumstances.

4. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Tailor’s Signature is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If your package is returned due to an insufficient address, you will be responsible for the secondary shipping charge.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Tailor’s Signature is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have concerns about the security of your delivery location, we recommend using an address where someone will be available to receive the package.
